OUR APPROACH

We work with leadership teams who need senior legal and policy support in APAC, without the delay, commitment or cost of hiring full-time employees.

We embed with your team to go deep to understand your business, delivering practical, commercial and value-driven support.

Parse means to break down text or code to understand it better. That’s the inspiration for our name and core to everything we do - cutting through complexity to help businesses operate and grow across the Asia-Pacific region.

Our clients include:

  • global trading firms, fintechs, investment managers and market operators

  • private equity and venture backed companies expanding across the APAC region

  • listed technology and software companies

When DO CLIENTS BRING US IN?

Clients bring us in for a number of reasons:

  • need senior legal support but don’t need a full-time hire

  • need dedicated and experienced APAC regional coverage

  • entering regulated markets across APAC

  • internal legal team is stretched

  • want to move quickly and appropriately manage risk

EMBEDDED, COMMERCIAL AND GROUNDED IN APAC MaRKETS

We don’t operate like traditional external counsel. We embed as your (or part of your) APAC function and work alongside you by combining our legal and policy expertise with deep commercial and industry experience.

What sets us apart:

  • embedded with your team and work as part of your business

  • deep APAC regulatory and cross-border experience

  • commercially driven and grounded in a practical understanding of the regulatory and geopolitical dynamics across the region

  • flexible by design - we can scale support up or down as needed
